How can I make a booking?
All bookings go through our website, click here to reserve a table.

Why have I not received a confirmation email?
If you attempted to make a booking and did not receive a confirmation email, it means your booking did not go through and you must rebook.

What if the date or time I am trying to book is not available on the website?
This means we are fully booked on your preferred date or time, please choose an alternative time or date.

Is there a time limit on bookings?
Yes, all bookings are for 1 hour and 45 minutes.

How many people can I have at my table?
A maximum of 6 people per table is allowed under the current restrictions.

Can I make a group booking?
Due to the current restrictions, we are unable to take group bookings over 6 people.

Can I request a specific area or table?
We are unable to take requests for specific table or areas.

Can I request multiple tables to be near each other?
We are unable to guarantee multiple tables near each other.

Do you have a cancellation list?
We do not operate a cancellation list but advise keeping an eye on our booking system for any cancellation that may come through.

Do you offer indoor dining?
Under the current guidelines we can currently only offer indoor dining to hotel residents if you would like to book a room with us please visit www.theresidencehotel.ie.

What time do you serve food until?
Brunch is served daily from 10.30am to 3pm and dinner from 4pm to 9pm.

Are you vegan friendly?
Yes, we have a range of vegan options on our Brunch and Dinner menus.

Do you have any vegetarian and gluten free options?
Yes, we have a range of vegetarian and gluten free options on our Brunch and Dinner menus. Please advise your server of any dietary requirement on arrival as many dishes can be amended.

Is your venue wheelchair accessible?
Yes, we are wheelchair accessible.

Do you allow dogs?
Unfortunately, we do not allow furry friends unless they are a registered guide dog.

Do you allow children?
Yes, until 9pm. The law states that anyone under 18’s is not permitted to be on the premises after that time.

Do you have live music?
Under the current restrictions, we do not have live music. We will have live music back as soon as restrictions are lifted.

Does the garden have heaters?
Yes, our garden has multiple heaters.

Do you have a set menu?
No, we do not have a set menu but offer an extensive Brunch and Dinner menu.
